Flu Shot Clinic
Attached is the questionnaire that will need to be completed if you are interested in getting your flu shot. This will take place October 5th (7:30-8:00) in Pioneer Hall. Pioneer Hall will be closed off so those coming and going will need to use the outside doors.

Free sports physicals will be provided at the school on Wednesday, September 30th, from 4:30-6:00pm. Physicals are required to be updated every two years and must be up to date to participate in athletics. This is typically in grades 7, 9, and 11. This is open to all Echo and Stanfield students.
Did you miss School Picture Day? No worries!!! The Echo School District would still like to offer you another opportunity for a complimentary school picture. Pictures will be taking place Tuesday, September 29th from 3:45-4:45pm at George Park. We hope to see you there!

Upcoming Schedule...

2.) Starting September 28th we will begin sport specific practices/workouts. Masks will be required indoors and when 6ft distance cannot be maintained. Students should come with a mask, dressed appropriately, and have their own drinks. Locker rooms will be closed. Coaches of each sport will have information out to their athletes on their schedule soon.

You can also stop by our office to pick up a packet. These are required for all workouts.
Trapshooting will be running a fall season this year that will run September 14th through November 3rd. Practices and competitions will follow all proper sanitation and social distance guidelines set by OHA.
If students are interested, please contact Coach Ray by email (ckaeray@hotmail.com) and he will get you registered. The registration deadline is Sunday, September 13th. Please let Coach Ray know if you have any questions or concerns.
Free Meals for ALL Students!!
The USDA has approved the district's ability to provide free meals to all youth age 1 through 18 years old regardless of income level. If you have youth that attend Echo School District or live in the Echo community please fill out and return the attached document. You can also drop by the school office and fill out the information. We will still be delivering meals if you wish to take advantage of that. Please ask if you need clarification of this information.

Athletic workouts are back on at the football field Sundays - Thursdays, from 5-6pm, starting Tuesday, September 8th. This is open to all 6th - 12th graders. In order to participate, you must, have a COVID-19 waiver filled out and on file at the school, have an up to date physical (6th graders (only need to fill out the history side), 7th, 9th, and 11th grades.), and fill out the following google registration form.

We will be starting athletics workouts / intramural low risk sports again for 6th-12th graders on Tuesday, September 8th. Times TBD. Signups will be posted next Wednesday.
Before any kid is allowed to participate in athletic workouts / intramural low risk sports, they must have an up to date sports physical on file. This applies to students in 7th, 9th, and 11th grades. The good news is, the Hermiston Family Health Associates office will be doing free sports physicals. Call them to make your appointment. Student & Family Technology Support Line -- the IMESD support line created last spring will continue this fall. This is for students and families who may need help with technical issues related to online learning. Technicians will support callers remotely to assist with issues related to schoolwork. Resource Pick-up will be Tuesday, August 25th and Wednesday, August 26th from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm. 6th-12th grade will enter through the commons. Elementary will enter through your student(s) classroom back doors. Staff will be located outside to help direct you.
