NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to ORS 294.426, that a public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Echo School District will be held on the 21st day of April, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving the budget message and budget document of the District for the fiscal year 2025-2026. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.

An additional, separate meeting of the Budget Committee will be held on the 19th day of May, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., where public comment will be heard. Any person may appear at the 2nd meeting or submit written comment on proposed programs to the budget committee.

Written comments must be e-mailed to Superintendent Raymon smith at rsmith@echosd5.org by 12:00 noon on May 19, 2025. Written comments will be read during the public comment section of the meeting and are subject to a three minute limit per community member.

A copy of the budget document will be available on the District’s website: www.echo.k12.or.us on or after May 12, 2025.
