Instructional Assistant – Apply Now!

Echo School District is hiring a Classified Instructional Assistant to support students and staff. This is a 7-hour/day position, with pay negotiated based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers

  • Supervise independent study and lunch detention

  • Help coordinate online study classes

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2-year degree or ability to pass required placement exams

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

  • Strong work ethic, flexibility, and self-motivation

  • Ability to support, motivate, and communicate with students and staff
